A price needs a basis
A dog supplement is incomplete without the amount, currency and charging basis. Ask whether it is per dog, per night, per stay or another stated arrangement. Use your actual party and dates for every quotation. A blank charge field does not mean a free stay; a recorded zero charge still needs to be checked against the booking.

Worked examples with invented prices
These examples are hypothetical arithmetic, not current prices for any listed property. For two dogs staying three nights, the same headline amount can give different totals:

Ask the operator to confirm the complete dog supplement for your exact reservation. If the basis is absent, do not choose whichever interpretation produces the lowest total.
Keep deposits separate
A deposit may have return conditions, while a dog supplement may be non-refundable. Ask what each payment covers, when it is due and what the current terms say about return or cancellation. Do not add a refundable deposit into a comparison as though it were necessarily a permanent cost, or omit it from the amount you must initially pay.

Record the quotation
- The property and exact room or unit.
- Dates, nights and number of dogs.
- Amount, currency and charge basis.
- The operator-confirmed total supplement.
- Any separate deposit and its conditions.
Save the written answer alongside the booking terms. A new room, longer stay or different dog party needs a fresh calculation. The directory does not supply live prices or guarantee that an earlier charge will apply to a later reservation.
