Spike Island

Parks · England

Dogs: yes · Indoors: unknown

Dog access conditions

Dogs may visit the permitted outdoor parts of Spike Island park. On the western waterfront areas shown yellow on council Plan B, keep dogs on fixed leads no longer than two metres. Dogs are excluded from the red play and multi-sport areas. Throughout public park land, clear waste, carry suitable bags, follow authorised lead directions and observe the maximum four dogs per person subject to the order’s exemptions. The sealed 2024 order remains scheduled until 17 March 2027 unless superseded. Follow current signs. The tourism address postcode is WA8 0DG; the order’s West Bank areas use WA8 0DF, and neither is treated as a precise entrance.

St Brides Haven

Beaches · Wales

Dogs: yes · Indoors: unknown

Dog access conditions

This individually identified Pembrokeshire beach falls under the current official tourism statement welcoming dogs to all county beaches. The current National Park seasonal-exclusion list does not restrict this selected beach; the named visitor-page location and county identity have been checked individually. Keep dogs supervised and under control, clear waste and follow current signs and any temporary wildlife or access restrictions. Confirm any dog limits or charges with the relevant operator and check current lifeguard information if needed. Beach permission does not establish admission to nearby cafes or unlimited off-lead access. The original licensed marker remains an approximate whole-beach point, not an entrance or safe tide route; the visitor page’s separately published coordinates corroborate the same beach and are not substituted for it. The beach is rocky and sandy, with limited parking. Check tides and current access signs. Nearby St Brides Castle accommodation and any diving or boat operator have their own dog policies; this entry covers the beach.
