An enclosed garden is a source claim, not an escape-proof guarantee. A source fetch is not a personal visit. Confirm current access, opening hours, fees and availability before travelling.

Seasonal and area restrictions
Boston Tea Party
Boston Tea Party - Tuly St, Barnstaple at 21-22 Tuly Street, Barnstaple, EX31 1DH explicitly advertises dog-friendly cafe visits and confirms dogs are welcome in the cafe. Keep dogs on leads, under control and with all paws on the floor; keep them off furniture. Ask the named branch where to sit, particularly for private events. Dog numbers, charges, supervision arrangements and explicit terrace dog access remain unconfirmed. Outdoor Seating is a general facility where advertised, without a separate unrestricted dog-area guarantee. The named cafe advertises step-free access, but the operator cautions that historic buildings can restrict full accessibility. Confirm the table, route and toilet facilities directly. Normally visit without a reservation. Afternoon tea requires at least 48 hours notice; contact the branch about larger groups, special occasions and private hire. Public cafe phone 01271316777. Published hours are branch-specific; confirm holidays and event service.
