Elmbank York, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Elmbank York, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Dogs may stay in designated pet-friendly rooms by prior arrangement; the courtyard rooms behind the main hotel are expressly confirmed. The currently linked policy allows up to two dogs per room. Its size and fee terms conflict with the current room and Hilton pages: courtyard rooms advertise GBP 30 per dog per stay, while the linked PDF says a non-refundable per-dog nightly charge; Hilton gives a 45 kg maximum and size medium, while the PDF gives 90 lb, approximately 40.8 kg. Confirm the accepted dogs, room and total charge before booking; no settled fee or weight limit is recorded. The lounge, terrace and bar welcome dogs, but Leethams Brasserie excludes them. Dogs must be on a lead or enclosed and under control in shared indoor and outdoor areas. Avoid leaving dogs alone; if stepping out without them, secure them in a crate or carrier and inform reception. Keep the Pet in Room hanger displayed; dogs must be out for housekeeping. Provide a reception contact number, clear waste, and expect charges for damage, excess cleaning or disruption. Water bowls are subject to availability; beds and bowls can be borrowed. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00. The owner confirms car arrival via Driffield Terrace, matching the council alternate street. Elmbank Lodge is advertised as adjacent accommodation within the same hotel inventory; this does not establish dog permission in lodge rooms. Do not infer access to nearby city walls or gardens from hotel walking suggestions.
